He failed to mention that behind Kirby Smith, LSU is building a BRAND NEW two story dorm building (several of them).
And Kirby Smith isn't just gonna be swept, mopped, and ready to go. They're gonna gut it out, do asbestos abatement, and completely re-do it. The only thing that will be original is the frame.
