The series currently sits at 57-39-4 in LSU's favor. Since the 61-17 beat-down of Archie and company in 1970, LSU holds a 28-12-1 advantage. Prior to that, it was an even series with LSU leading 29-27-3. Ole Miss only won 2 of the next 13 match-ups. Here's the breakdown by decades:

2010's 2-0
2000's 7-3
1990's 4-6
1980's 7-2-1
1970's 8-2
1960's 2-6-2
1950's 3-7-1
1940's 4-4
1930's 6-2
1920's 2-6-2
1910's 4-2
1900's 5-2
1890's 1-2

No surprise there. Ole Miss has truly been an awful SEC bottom feeder for as long as most living people can remember.

The worst loss I remember is 1997, we win that and finish in the Top 5

Edit just checked the results maybe not Top 5
