McElroy got 73 yards off of a 73 yard run by Julio. This also probably occurred only because PP wasn't in the game.
Jefferson rolled his ankle early in the third quarter so how the frick can he have a awesome game. He had over 100 passing yards, a TD, and several decent runs in the game before the injury.

I am not a negatiger, so to speak, but after last week's performance, I am very concerned about the direction of the program due to the regression on offense and the overall lack of preparation and motivation.
I have maintained that LSU was put in a bad situaion at QB this season and last because of Ryan Perrilloux's dismissal. However, Perrilloux's dismissal and having a coupole of new offensive linemen does not excuse LSU's offense being ranked 107th in the country in 2009.
The lack of offensive production this season has become equally if not moreso of a fiasco than the lack of defensive production in 2008. And since Miles correctly replaced Peveto and Mallory, then why should Crowton not be replaced after this season? The declining production under Crowton speaks for itself and continues a trend of his from previous coaching stops.

Also a chance with all the talent LSU could finish with same 8-5 record as last year.
I don't think this will happen, but if it did all hell would break loose.

That wasn't the point, whatsoever. It's called don't use the excuse of: "the only reason we don't win big games is because we have inexperience at the quarterback position." By that logic Bama should have 4 losses this year.
I wasn't even comparing McElroy to JJ in that game. How about you read the thread before you post.

Why is it LSU needs a QB with some experience but you see other schools who are younger at QB and performing better offensively.
Probably because those schools didn't have to play Florida and Bama this year.

But hey, if you're ok with losing to teams that have equal amounts of talent to us every year and failing to win big games,
I love how the retards are still continuing to define "big games" as ones we lost

Not really.
Last year we lost to Bama, Florida, and Georgia which were big games.
Losing to Ole Miss and Arkansas is just straight up losing to inferior teams.

Yeah too bad LSU had ULL, LA Tech, Washington, Mississippi State, Vandy, Georgia, Auburn, and Tulane also.... havent played Florida/Bama 10 games and LSU offensive has been pathetic long before those 2 games were played.

That's it. Decades long supporters of the program like me are hurting the program with our concerns.
Thanks for your excellent work during the Archer/Hallman years. You made the the difference.

According to our NegaTigers, LSU wins on talent and loses due to coaching. That is the extent of their thinking.
