All indications are LSU will get blown out at Rupp arena by the perennial SEC basketball kingpins the mighty Kentucky Wildcats. Packed home crowd, revenge, payback, SEC championship waiting in the wings, no senior leadership w/o Hornsby, etc.....

However, if Victor can stay out of foul trouble and Simmons and Blakeney have their usual superb games along w solid and consistent play from the supporting cast the Tigers could pull off the upset.

This is LSU's biggest opportunity to get into the NCAA tournament - and probably only chance. I don't see them winning the SEC tournament so this is it! Give 'em all you got Tigers. Here's to a GREAT effort today.

Effort for whatever reason has been elusive for this team...at least sustained effort.

The one and only game where I thought we gave sustained effort for 40 minutes on D was the first Kentucky game.

And if CJJ can't get 40 minutes of sustained effort for this game in this environment, it ain't ever gonna happen.

Geaux Tigers!!!!

IF and that is a BIG IF Lsu wins today they will move to the last four in

If they were to lose the first game in SEC tourney I think they go to first four out

They need to win today and one tourney win to sneak in to the dance- 3 wins in a row and they are in

I hope so, but the refs kinda were on our side last time at the PMAC. I have a feeling that we're gonna get ticky tacky calls on us all day long at Rupp. Could be a long one for Victor (I mean a short one)

We need 20+ points from Quarterman and no freaking turnovers from Josh Gray!

Didn't Simmons miss most of the 1st with foul trouble?
