Is one of the more aggravating things about Miles the fact that we pay Assistant Coaches better than anyone and yet still get less results?

This isn't a bash thread but why not go and get the BEST available?

OC
OL
DC

Etc.

O and Frank are the exception

The BEST usually want to bring in their own guys. They wont work with previous assistants and that makes it hard to get them. No point in disasssembling your current staff who works together well, to get one that butts heads all the time.

With that said, I believe we do need change. However, change doesnt come easy. If we need to bring in the BEST DC, HC, and OC, we should do it once Miles is let go/retires. Start off with all openings available and HC can decide who to keep/let go

This is debatable.

Debatable yes, but we havent seen coaches going at it with each other. Hell, Peveto, Miles, and Cameron are all best buds. Orgeron seems like the only one who would really voice his opinion if he felt like it.

Probably more to do with an upgrade from what we had. This definitely has been a "meh" hire with exception of one decent season.

Are we really getting Less results? The last 3 title winning teams all have a higher paid head coach. So it actually evens out and makes them have a higher overall payroll.

Just something to think about.
