Never underestimate Lucky Les. Nothing surprises me when Les is involved.

Did you think of this all by yourself? It's so clever and witty.

Not to be negative (a realist), but we are facing the number one team in the nation, at their house, and Saban is their coach. Our D looks less than stellar, and we seem to be regressing on offense. I don't know, but when all of that is added up, I came up with Bama +13 1/2.

I wished I felt better about our chances, but I don't. We just don't have the D in order for me to have faith in us pulling out the W against Bama.

But hey, maybe Texas will pour money into Saban's pockets and he will GTFO of the SEC.

how we play determines how bad of a loss it is (if we lose), if we play close and lose a squeaker people will be somewhat pleased i think, if we go and play like shite look unfocused and get drummed then yes people will start categorizing it as the worst loss of all time

Agree 100%. This is why the Georgia loss was easier than the OM loss. If the team puts out the same effort, focus and intensity for OM as they did for Georgia, we roll the Rebs into next week.

If we come out flat and unfocused against BAMA, we will get rolled into next week.

It was said in a light hearted way, but there is some truth to it. the only guys that do this are the ones that went to ULL or something. If you attend a powerhouse school, you tell everyone. The U fraternity never tells you what high school. Nobody gives a shite what high school you went to. LSU players sure look like they want to be out there this season. Less is less and LSU is screwed until he is gone.

Lots of guys do that so don't read anything into it.

Still easy money. Take Bama and the points.

At 14 points? That's just dumb. Don't bet teams, bet numbers.

I fully expect you are emptying your entire bank account on the Bama Money Line?

Drake hits the hole quicker but not stronger. He's barely over 200 lbs. Yeldon is 218 lbs.

Dont' sweat it. Lines are set to balance out the bets 50/50. What Vegas thinks doesn't matter. Much.

We have shown that we have trouble winning on the road this year, see Ole Miss and Georgia.

We are now playing the #1 team in the land on the road.

Last year to Bama at home.

LSU is 6-1-1 against the spread in the last 8 meetings with Bama.

Bama was favored by double digits 3 times in that span, didn't cover any, and was favored 6 times overall in the last 8.

Maybe understanding that Mett said the bye week gave them a chance to get back to mechanics which contributed towards him being sharper earlier in the season might help.

It opened at 8 and got up to 10.5 b/c over 60% of the bets were on Bama beginning of the week.
