That would be more trying to screw Duke than LSU. We match up well and are probably 50/50 to win. They know we can hang with UK, so they won't put us with them. The Coach K/Cal/Dickie V led committee does not want that to happen. They will put us in UVA's bracket as a 3, with matchups against scrappy slow-pace teams that have a good chance of wrecking what we like to do.

7th would make you a 2 seed. Which is where I still have us when looking at all the data objectively

For the record, Dick Vitale hasn’t done NCAA tournament games since ESPN lost broadcast rights to them roughly 30 years ago.

News flash fellas - no difference between a 2 & a 3 seed. We’s Still be playing the same or very similar team who we either bumped down to a #3 or jumped us for the #2 seed. As long as it’s not a #4, I could care less if it’s 2/3

Honestly I like our chances against duke over some of the lesser teams out there. We’ll play up against duke. It’s the teams like NM State and Davidson that worry me with this team.
