LSU will have more to do with its success than early entrants from other teams. It's not like they don't have players waiting in the wings.

Do NOT expect every new QB to play like Lee. Do NOT expect our 18 year old recruits to step in and play from day one. Do NOT expect Georgia to roll over because Joe Cox is at QB and Caleb King is at RB.

Let's just focus on winning the West and hope for more.

We are still a year away from having consistantly strong play from virtually every unit on the team.

QB--young and inexperienced, OL-inexperienced, DL-a lot of reserves starting, LB-young, CB-young. We will have a very young team next year.

I agree. Contemplating a NC appearance from a team that finished out of the top 25, is replacing much of its o-line and is led by a QB with only 2 full games of experience is more than I can do. I'd be pretty damned happy if we finished 10-2 and won the division. As it is, I'm thinking 9-3 is where we end up.

Plus the defending MNCs are in our conference and return 20 starters. Folks need to be realistic.
