LSU highlights seem non-existent

I guess playing early on same day as the big games makes us completely irrelevant even though we crushed the Heisman Trophy winner. All about Bama. Sorry just venting.

It was an irrelevant bowl game played at 11 a.m. on the same day as two playoff games. Some of you have an irrational narcissistic complex about LSU's prominence.

there is a reason all the other bowl games are failing.
ESPN not even discussing the games is one reason. That stupid arse network started the Citrus Bowl broadcast off by discussing the playoff.

Nobody cares about LSU but LSU fans. Of course they're doing that. When we get to the playoffs then we'll be noticed more.

The top four teams in the nation played yesterday for the opportunity to square off for the national championship. It's a bit difficult to eclipse those two games.

Yeah at the citrus bowl outside the stadium they had a huge tv setup and non-stop alabama talk while we waiting to get inside stadium. The only thing that drowned out that noise was the tiger band

Why would they show the highlights? The Heisman Trophy winner, who they relentlessly promoted throughout the whole season, was made to look pedestrian, at best, by LSU.

Probably true. The prestige of those two games, anyway. The LSU-Louisville game was a one-sided slaughter just like the two playoff games which garnered the attention.
To the OP's point though... I'm certainly not going to whine about it but after all the damn ESPN I watched yesterday, I hoped to at least see one quick highlight reel from the Citrus.

Hmmmm....
Two Tier 2 teams duking it out on the same day as the playoff where they can promote two blue bloods.
Not to mention the fact that a guy they promoted relentlessly for the Heisman was embarrassed. Not something they really want to put on display, especially when said Heisman was beaten by a small market team that is nearly irrelevant.
Know your place and quit complaining.
