LSU had 40 former players on an NFL roster for opening weekend.

ETA sorry bout the original title. Got way too wordy with it and it made no sense.

Also had 9 others on IR, PUP and practice squads. But surely that's a mistake because everyone says that Les doesn't know how to develop talent. Just lucky I guess.

I was at the Saints/Cards game and I can't tell you how many times I wished we had Tyrann, Minter and Peterson back. TM and Minter especially were all over the freaking field.

Who says that? The big beef has been with QB development and not winning more with that much talent.
I am hopeful we see the Tigers compete for a championship, all of the pieces seem to be in place.

There is a Bama poster on the SECR who said that Bama had the most players in the NFL this season. Was adamant about it. (Maybe that was preseason before cuts.)
