Congrats!! Jay Thomas is the HC at NWST. He is a terrific person and coach. He needs some good help.Thomas was a GA at LSU while he got his masters. He and Daye both trained under the best....Bill Arnsparger. Plus...Pete Jenkins was the DL coach and mentor.He will have a real challenge, as Thomas rebuilds what BDP left. Hope he does some great things and we see him at some great SEC team. Hard for a homeboy to get back to LSU.

There was a Mangin on the team who was listed as a WR. Very small guy. Not sure if it's the same one or not. He never played.

Mangin did it all. WR, FB, DL.... you name it. He was also referred to as LSU's version of Rudy. Had the heart of a damn Tiger.
