LSU Flag - When do you take it down?

Mine - its down because we are remodeling the home. Otherwise, I take it down when the season is over.
I bring up the topic because I have a neighbor that had a huge UGA flag hanging on their home, but it was replaced (after our game) with some Fall themed cornucopia. To get to their home, they would have to drive by mine, so I am thinking our game sent them over the edge.

Too funny! my neighbor across the street did the exact same thing with his UGA flag after the game and he usually will fly through the season. If NC win then stays up year round, otherwise depends on mood after the season...

I think it's sad that some people only support the university during football season. What's even worse is when it's only when they do well. Did you put it back up after the Tigers won the World Series, or did you miss that altogether?
I keep mine up year round and so would any other true Tiger fan.

Mine flies proudly, 24/7 and 365 baby !!!! At Christmas I may even hang the mistletoe from it !

I put it out Saturday morning
.....and take it down immediately after a loss.
I fly it all day Sunday after a win.
I fly it for a week after NC's or if we beat Florida.

Mine goes up on Thursday, and down Sunday before dark during football season. It also flies for basketball and baseball post-season activity.
I have a Georgia Tech neighbor on a Friday-Sunday schedule, but he always lowers his flag to half-mast after a loss.

mine goes up before the first game and stays up the whole season. for basketball and baseball i fly it in post season. last year was really sweet when we beat texas. my flag stayed up about a month after the series. i wanted to make sure all the damn texas fans in my neighborhood got to see it on the way to and from work every day.

I kept mine up year around . . . until it was stolen right after LSU beat Florida in 2007. I need to replace it soon!

Memorial, July 4, and Veterans Day. Then I hang the only one that is better.
