Dupre needs to bulk up.
Upchurch may actually see more snaps just bc he's a better option for blocking.
He will as he ages, but 185 lbs on a 6-3 frame is borderline Bennie brazil ish.

Miles said defensive tackle Quentin Thomas -- initially thought to be lost for the season with a torn bicep -- worked in individual drills on Wednesday and might still play this season.

“Today he went through individual and moved and used his hands. It’s one of those things when you have a big old arm and you get it nicked, you can’t quite tell what it is and what it isn’t initially. Frankly he’s as fortunate as he could be.”

Miles added that the Tigers’ occupational therapist, “looked at it and he says there’s absolutely no reason to do anything else than rehabilitate and let him play.”

Except Dupre is 3 inches taller and 12-15 lbs heavier than Bennie Brazell was as a senior. Coming from Curtis, Dupre is probably a better blocker than your average freshman wr.

We'll yeah, but unfortunately for him the guys he's gotta block now aren't hs players.
So that pretty much fricks that logic up.

That's why I mention Upchurch... I think being able to block is as or more important than catching ability.

Who knows though, BH may come out and surprise everybody.

I'm going To scrimmage sat, I'll see for myself.

With that logic, we're fricked. All our freshman are going against college players now, so we're gonna lose every game.

Dupre has worked with pro WR coaches since age 9. I'm willing to bet he knows a thing or two about playing WR at this level.

Fournette is gonna suck now, hell the whole freshman class is doomed now that we are using "logic".

And from reports, he's been a great blocker in fall camp.

Can you please explain why in the hell you are assuming that Dupre isn't a good blocker? You continue to post this crap without any evidence to back it up. It seems as though you are just looking for something to criticize him about.

I'm 6-3 185, and God help me if I ever find myself on a college football field on Saturday.

Granted Dupre has a full second on me in the 40 so at least he can outrun someone trying to tackle him

We may not win more than 4 games this year if your "logic" holds true.

Btw, you know who else came in as a freshman with almost identical measurements and played from day 1? Michael Clayton. So that fricks up your logic.
