LSU fans have to be the worst

The defeatist spirit of the LSU fan base is so tiresome. Ignorance of the actual sport and a completely unrealistic set of expectations coupled with some inferiority complex and you get the worst fan in sports.
The worst part is that they will do it again.

LSU fans are passionate about baseball. That doesn’t excuse some of the more extreme idiocy though. But some of it, I do get.

Some people who claim to be fans are the worst.
We have a pretty large diehard fan base. And yes we can get frustrated, but there are a lot of us who bleed purple and gold thru the wins and losses.
The rest are just idiots who assume LSU should score a 100 points in football, throw a no hitter in baseball etc. You can point them out fairly well on tRant or Scoreboard early in games. Then no where to be found when we win.

The total ignorance of most of our fan base sucks. They want to fire JJ when he inherited a team with not a SINGLE reliable starting pitcher. And he still had them in contention for a regional host
