Where are you getting this info from? LSU was ranked 14th in the AP and 13th in the Coaches preseason 2002. In 2005 LSU was 6th in the AP and 5th in the coaches in the preseason.

i never mentioned one word about arkansas and wasn't comparing them to lsu. (although we had some pretty decent teams in the 60's, 70's and 80's) all i'm saying is ive been in louisiana 6years now and all i hear is how great lsu is. while i agree they are an above avg team with above avg bowl wins this decade, and i'll agree that 2003 was an excellent year for you, i just don't see how a team with all those conference losses year in and year out can consider themselves great. above avg, really solid...yes...great no, and i don't think you will be much better than a 2+ loss team each year.
