LSU Baseball fans appreciation thread/Baseball Talk

Win or lose. As fans we did our part, we drank the town dry and supported the Tigers. We proved once again that we're the best fans in America. We had every team out numbered by a land slide.
From a team stand point, we're gonna struggle some weekends. this weekend the story was pitching. Leadoff walks will kill you when you play teams like this. We gave teams too many opportunities to scored. Vs TCU we had 2 outs and then had back to back walks and the next guy hits a 3 run bomb.
Overall I thought this weekend was a great test for our guys. I would rather flaws now, than have them in Omaha. This team is very talented and I expect them to make a deep run in Omaha.

We do have the most passionate college baseball fan base by far, and we're not shy about pointing it out, even though most don't hear it cause they aren't watching.

Solid post. I agree man. It was a good weekend all around. Did we lose a couple of games? Yeah, no shite. But good lord, we got to drink beer and watch tiger baseball in a tight arse stadium.

Any time I hear TV commentators talk about those "knowledgeable LSU baseball fans" it makes me want to puke. They should read the baseball threads on here today and that would make them think twice about saying that..
