Deichmann is a solid commit IMO. Local kid who gave his verbal at the beginning of his sophomore year. I think he wants to play ball at LSU.
ETA: hopefully that will scare away some clubs for signability purposes.

I've heard the coaches feel pretty good about getting him here. Of course lots of things can change with still a year to play. Before their senior years, there wasn't a good chance of us getting Gausman or Bregman.

The new draft/signing rules make this much more exciting to follow. We have a legit shot to get kids like Deichmann and Bradley to campus. But as I've always said since Zach Lee, until they are on campus, I assume they are gone. I'm a cynic for sure since that day.

Everyone has been begging for an album of pics. I told them they would have to settle on just the one.
I think we get at least one of the pitching studs. Playing for and learning under Dunn is a huge draw.
