From looking at our performance this season, I don't see how anyone can logically think we will easily cover that

exactly what vegas wants you to think. This is why they always come out on top. Look at the saints 76% of tickets this weekend were on the saints, and another 60% on the dallas. If you see one of these lines run the other way

With it being 10.5 AORN that means 60%+ is on Alabama.

nope, vegas is trying to make you think lsu is a sure play here to get equal numbers on each side. the public bet will be on lsu (thus bringing that number down) but the sharps will be all over bama. i would side with the sharps.

The line will be moving all week. The lower the line the more confident I am. I see it closing around Bama -9

I don't agree with this assessment. I don't know what makes you think the public will be all over LSU. LSU is a 2 loss team and this game is being at Bama at night. Bama covers spreads in a lot of their games and they are undefeated right now. The public loves to bet Bama. I think the way the line is set is that their computers told them the spread should be less than 10, but Vegas knows that the public will still play Bama at less than 2 TDs. I don't think the public will even be close to being "all over LSU".
People on here? Maybe. General public? Very Doubtful.

And as I predicted the spread has already moved from LSU +11 to LSU +11.5 and it's not even lunch on Monday. Your theory is definitely not holding true thus far.
