That's like saying it's the QB coach's fault Jefferson decided to foot stomp some kid at Bogeys.
#1, there's no evidence he didn't instruct Chi not say that kind of thing
#2, they have a consultant that comes in and teaches interview/press conference skills.
Now, you tell me Ball failed to correct him/discipline him after, then you might have a valid argument but that's still not really in job description for WR coach
