Houston alumni - will you be watching the game at Christians again? Just curious. Have some family coming in town and I wanted to see if that is where we should plan to watch it and if any reservations need to be made in advance. Thanks!

I think that is the plan. They are also having their kick off party at Christians on 8/24.
I don't think you can get reservations but the place is plenty big. If you want to sit in the air conditioning, I would get there a little early. Also, you may want to uber there as parking is a mess.
I plan on being there. They usually raffle off football tickets and have drink specials.

Make sure you check your ticket at the end of the night. They added a few drinks to my ticket that I didn't order. But otherwise, they love LSU

FYI, either get there pretty early or prepare to have to stand

Haven't thought about reservations for them, would be kinda surprised if they do that. It's a good time and you are guaranteed a huge LSU crowd, but not necessarily the best service due to how packed it can be.

A good alternative is Ragin Cajun but it's not nearly as good of a time.

LSU Houston will have their kick-off party for the season at Christian's Tailgate on White Oak on next Wednesday 8/24...they will also be collecting donations for LSU Alum in BR affected by the floods.
