This. Dawson will contribute at LSU, but she has shown nothing this season to prove she is some superstar so far above everyone else.
I think certain posters realize this too and are just so committed to all they hyped up last season and off-season that they can't back away.
Besides, with Dawson being twenty, she MAY be close to her peak. Not saying she is, but as a 19 year old playing high school softball against 14 and 15 year-olds, sure, she's going to be playing like a woman-among-girls.

OMG, worst argument I have ever heard. Hoover was a 20 year old freshman at LSU so has she peaked? This is seriously flawed logic. So every sophomore is better than every freshman because they are 4 to 8 months older on average? Every junior is better than every soph, etc? How do you explain Dawson dominating as a junior when she turned 18?
One of the most uninformed arguments you can make. By the way, there is no age limit in the NCAA and you are classified by grade not age. You people that refuse to see statistical fact and argue solely based on emotion are unreal.
