It's amazing to me that the judge didn't immediately throw out LSU's suit claiming he owes them 400k. I assume that's inevitable. LSU will also likely now have to pay him damages. Heads will roll over this. Another embarrassing botched ordeal and PR nightmare.

Can't wait to hear all the guys trying to cover for Alleva after the F King stuff try and spin this one. Firing Alleva is the absolute best thing LSU could do for multiple reasons right now.

It matters if the change wasn't material.

It doesn't really add up. Altering a contract doesn't do much good when both parties have a copy of the contract.

We need more details.

if someone alters a contract after the fact without the other party's knowledge, isn't that considered forgery?

Just shows that this program needs to clean house from top to bottom.

Exactly. But let's get the pitchforks out for Alleva. Tell us what was altered. That is the important part.

I could depending on what was changed. Did they alter a date or wording that had nothing to do with the buyout or issues in the case? Was it a typo? Was it something Chavis was aware of and was going to initial before the mess erupted.

I don't think it's unreasonable to say both frick Alleva and frick Chavis.

I thought about this.

I think both sides may have very valid points.

I just hate it's going to get ugly..

I don't believe we are "doomed" or whatever. LSU football will be fine, but again this stuff is just ugly.

LSU's lawyer declined comment. Probably because he is too damn embarrassed to come up with an explanation for his shite show of a client.

Why would they comment during this?
