It already feels like the season is over. Playing for pride at this point. Sucks because there's legit talent on the roster.

I share in your pain. The only good thing is that now I have incredibly low expectations for the rest of this year. We ain't goin dancing this year, but you never know what in the frick you are going to get out of the SEC. Last year we started 0-4 in SEC against some of the worst teams, but ended up finishing 9-9. The majority of people, after our 0-4 start last year, were just hoping we get anywhere from 1-5 wins in conference play. All I'm saying is that it's still too early to give up on this team. We've got a favorable stretch of games coming up, and could still have a solid year.

I just can't see this team playing this horrific for that much longer. This just isn't the same team we saw earlier in the year

For now all one can say is "This team blows" and leave it at that for now. If they don't like it-then they need to pull their heads out of their asses and start playing to the level of their talent. How in the hell do you get blown out in 5 minutes of OT??

I'm trying to stay positive but damn....

Outscored 19-5 in overtime, are you serious? There's way too much talent on this team to be beaten so badly.

Did you'all watch the game? OM went on a hot "bucket as big as the ocean" streak from like 1 Min. left in reg. until end of OT; LSU went on "couldn't throw it in the ocean" the same period, simple as that. Don't know what coach can do about that from the bench, was frustrating for sure but that's the way it went!

This, nothing anyone can do about a streak shooter that gets in the zone.

Ole Miss has now beaten LSU in football and basketball's most recent games. Not making living in Mississippi easy for some of us.

Try pressing...cause some turnovers...do something. It wasn't all the coach's fault for sure. And the team gave a much better effort than the last few games. But we just seemed to let Ole Miss dictate our offense by their zone and didn't seem to make adjustments. We had the height advantage, but you would never know it because we barely tried to penetrate or get it to the big guys at all. That's fine when you're knocking down 3s, but once that changes, you have to adjust the strategy.
