I hear ya. But we've got to get 27 outs no matter what. We're gonna have to gamble and give some guys some chances to pitch out of some stuff eventually. We can't throw 9 guys in the 1st game of a 3-game series.
But I agree it's time to get Ulloa out now. Looks like Jay has a plan, though. May not work, but he's not concede this game until it's out of hand. If it gets that way. If some guys step up, we may be in the game in the late innings, which is about as much as you could ask for considering the circumstances.
This would be huge if Loer could step up and get some big outs.

Wilsmeyer was struck out. That outside pitch was the 3rd strike, but the ump isn’t giving it to LSU pitchers. He’s giving way outside pitches to Smith.
