I think one of the BIGGEST differences in this team from last year is the leadership. Moreau brings a very physical, almost arrogant, nature to the field.
Burrow is just quietly confident. You can tell he feels in complete control of the team and all the guys are starting to fully believe in him.
On defense White is an unbelievable leader by example. No one plays harder. And I think Williams brings a sense of arrogance and confidence to the DB's. Generally arrogance isn't always great trait...but DB's have to have it.
It's not always the case that the best players on the team are the best leaders.

Yep. What we lack in experience we make up for by the fact the we have at least one veteran leader for every single position group on the field.
