I'm just curious. How many more cry baby posts are you planning?
The game is over. Put on your big boy (or girl) pants and get over it.

Is it possible that they did a shitty job of executing a shitty, JV-level gameplan?

When the talent is equal "I will firmly say that Bama and LSU are neck in neck" that it comes to do game-plan and execution. But when your game-plan is predictable it is extremely hard to execute.

Bottom line, you don't have to listen to me just re-watch the game, Bama stacked the box had a rover on LF and said "Miles/LSU if you are going to beat us Harris is going to have to do it" and we weren't able to adjust our game-plan to allow Harris to do that. The only drive we were successful in all night was when we had read-option plays where Harris ran the ball and passed it. Why we did not continue that philosophy in the 2nd half as Bama was selling out to stop the run and LF I have no clue. I mean why continue to do something that you have success in doing, instead go right back to doing what you are doomed to fail at!!! That is Les Miles in a nutshell.

Simply asking the question on everyone's mind, after 182 yards of total offense, who among the staff gets an azz chewing for this. Over the crying, now just searching for answers. Get over yourself.

Some high school teams would have done better.

I'm surprised LSU had that many. It actually makes me feel a little better.

Because our passing game is predicated on a successful running game. We don't possess a pass first, coordinated passing offense. No intermediate routes w multiple stems and nothing between the hashes unless it's over the top.

Our first down passes are even roll outs w 1 option a lot of times.

The completion to Dural for a TD was on a corner blitz, leaving one on one. Harris made a good read, knew he was going to take a shot, and delivered a strike, proving he could lead an LSU offense in victory over this type of Bama D. But our staff is not preparing our team for that type of game.

Not that Harris didn't make plenty of mistakes too. He had Tyron Johnson wide open on 3rd down prior to the FG before half, but didn't spot him on a rather easy read. Personally, I have little to no faith that our offensive staff can develop his position adequately.

I think our 2nd and G play w 10 min left down by 20 says everything you need to know about a Miles coordinated offense. We are at the line staring at the sidelines for 12 seconds and then call TO, and this is with the game clock running.

I would say it's a shame that Miles can't have any success against Saban, but he enjoys all of his success at the expense of other coaches who can't compete w the athletes LSU puts on the field. So, it's apropos that Miles gets his shite pushed in this way. There is so little gamesmanship involved at this point, which works out well for Miles.

It's worth noting that our offensive staff is great at overcoming medical issues and second to none in public relations, but don't confuse them w a staff putting their players in the best position to win. There are plenty of LSU people still around the program that know what I'm talking about.

It may hurt with some, but many others will sign on to play with LSU's talented skilled players like LF and to be coached by great coaches like Orgeron.

He just needs to realize he can't march in the game with BAMA with the same offensive game plan year in and year out. He hasn't learned from losing 5 years straight.

Miles hangs on to his offensive philosophy like a badge of honor, there wasn't much honor losing like that Saturday night.
