When we compare the great Teams of the last 15 years, I think the key factor for the success of 2011 is often overlooked. Yes we had great players, but we also had a lights out kicking game. How many turnovers did Brad Wing indirectly help to produce, and can Keen muster a similar season? Do we have a player or two who can get downfield to consistently pin opposing offenses back? Can Delahousaye be the ice cold kicker we may very well need him to be? Can our coverage teams deliver the earth shattering blows necessary to keep the momentum going for the defense?

We should be able to produce electrifying returns with the athletes back there fielding the ball. I think Keen has improved over the past couple seasons and hopefully he has a very good year. Delahousaye was great until the end of last year, but I expect him to to raise his level of play. The Tigers coverage has also been fairly solid so hopefully it'll a good years for the special teams units.

If Kheen hasn't improved much since 2013 I'd like to see Growden get his chance.

I predict a decline in the fake field goal game if Jennings beats out Kragthorpe as holder.

People forget that we had Mathieu and Brooks as the gunners on the punt team that year. They were a great pair.

With as much physical talent we have in the secondary and WR positions I'll be interested to see who takes those 2 spots. Punt coverage is an underrated part of football. Not for Miles though so I'd expect to see us put some elite athletes in coverage.

Hoping to see D. Thomas as one of the gunners and maybe D. Jackson as the other.

Will Thomas be quick enough to get down the field as a gunner after his surgery?

Kragthorpe as holder.

It's petty, but it hinders the fg unit like Welter hindered the defense. Put a useable arm there or someone who can run.
