Looks to me like LSU needs 1 win to secure a top 4 seed in the SECT

Amazing that Florida is in 4th and we control our own destiny. They're #1 in RPI and #1 in the polls, #4 in conference.

If we split tomorrow's games, we'd finish 19-11, and there would be 4 teams ahead of us who could finish no worse than either 20-10 or 19-10. We need the sweep for the bye.

It really wasn't a "reach." We've played some good ball; but have got hot when we needed it most. Every tournament is about who is getting hit going into it.

Tiebreaker between us & SC would depend on who actually wins the conference and how each team did against them.

0% chance of rain tomorrow. Both games will get done. But, to answer your question, if LSU takes 2 + rainout, LSU finishes ahead of Florida.

Crazy that in 2012 LSU won the conference with a 19-11 record, and this year 19-11, more than likely, doesn't even get an SECt bye

I know that LSU has to win both games tomorrow to secure a top 4 seed in the SEC and bye.
If not, they'll end up being the 5th seed playing on Tuesday vs the #12 team most likely Auburn or Tennessee based on their current record.
Now playing them with Lange pitching on Tuesday is, like I said, pretty much considered a bye itself. So tell me again what don't I understand? I'm quite confused by your comment more than anything.
