Most likely Montori Hughes, DT, and Denarius Moore, WR, were the ones arrested. Janzen Jackson was on the scene but avoided arrest.

“Basically, it was a normal Thursday night — Thursday’s our big night,” Morton said. “We had all the UT football players come in. They’re on a first-name basis with my husband (and co-owner), and they get VIP status, which means they pay no cover at the door. We’ve never had a problem with them in the past, but tonight, apparently they had a falling out with another gentleman. I don’t know why. I don’t know what happened, but several of the guys started beating up the other customer. I want to guess there was seven to 10 guys beating up this one gentleman.

The woman giving quotes like that obviously has spent no time following college football, esp. Tennessee's version of it.

Free cover, VIP status, and never been a problem? She must be blonde.

Yea and Tenn is Bama's permanent opponent too. What a nice draw. This sad arse team isn't going to be rejuvenated anytime soon so that should be a free game for Bama every year.

Who was this one guy fighting 9 or 10 Tenn. players? How bad is he hurt? If he aint hurt to bad, LSU needs to sign him up. I hate when one guy gets pummeled by an angry mob. They should all be charged with assault and battery and serve some time.

HEAD COACH DEREK DOOLEY STATEMENT ON JULY 9 INCIDENT

It is a privilege, not a right, to be a member of the University of Tennessee football team. The most important responsibility of that privilege is to properly represent this institution and our supporters on and off the field.

I am disappointed and in many ways embarrassed by the poor judgment displayed on many fronts by several members of our football team last night.

Although we are still gathering all the facts and some legal proceedings will follow, we have taken some initial levels of discipline resulting from my conversations with the student-athletes who were present.

Darren Myles has been permanently dismissed from our football program. Marion Walls and Greg King have been indefinitely suspended.

I am respectful of the process that follows with the local authorities and with our institutional guidelines and leadership.

As I have referenced on many occasions, a change in culture is achieved in time through a combination of education, discipline and support. We will aggressively continue to build on the many positive changes that have occurred over
the last five months to ensure our program is represented with class and dignity.

I remember when we were wishing Darren Myles would commit to LSU.

Rumors that Lane Kiffin was involved in the incident. It is speculated that he may have used his face to assault up to 10 different UT player's hands and feet....
