People were so happy when we made that hire.

He most certainly is. His calls in the red zone yesterday were fricking awful.

Sunday's loss to the Redskins was typical of Cameron's run as offensive coordinator. There were flashes of brilliance, with three touchdowns on the team's first four possessions. But then the offense bogged down; nine of their 13 drives lasted four plays or less.

Our offense looks no different that it did under Studrawa, who was the OC at Bowling Green with Meyer. They had a prolific offense in those days. OCs change at LSU and the product on the field stays the same.

How anyone can fail to see that it is a Miles issue at this point is beyond comprehension.

I'm not defending Miles with my criticism of Cam. Regardless of whatever limitations he has, he called the worst plays possible in the red zone yesterday.

We'll never know how much influence he truly has on those play calls though.

Last night was the prototypical Miles game when the pressure is turned up. I don't blame him for meddling with his job on the line - most of us would do the same thing trying to control our destiny - but at some point you have to realize you are only doing harm to your team and your career.

That's irrelevant. He did the worst possible with what he had available. He needs to go with Miles.

Perfect example, Etling gets knocked out of the game and comes back. We run a fricking option with him. Stupid stupid stupid.

I disagree to a point. Miles may have handcuffed other OCs but that has nothing to do with Cameron. I think miles just finally said frick it, and hired an OC that calls the game exactly like he would. Cameron coached the exact same way in the NFL. This is discussed every week

Not arguing with this point. He's damaged goods.

One definite trend of Les's OC hires is that he always puts "Yes Men" in the position. Always underwhelming hires who cowtow to his stale offensive philosophy.
