I've already gotten an email from LSU to opt out of my season tickets, etc. like what was done for football.

Yeah, I got the same one.
I'm meaning that I hope it doesn't screw it up in the sense of canceling a bunch of games or the season altogether.

I am ready for hoops, but in the back of my mind I think it will be a disaster because of the ridiculousness that is this ongoing "pandemic". If we are going to use this stupid contact tracing measure as a means to holding players out of games, then ONE positive test. Or even just one player who contact traces to a positive person can decimate a roster and force the cancelation of multiple games a week.
It is ridiculous enough that totally asymptomatic players have to sit out because of a positive test. Particularly when the survival rate of that age group is BETTER than 99%. But sitting out guys who don't even test positive is BEYOND illogical
