Drew Locke leads sec in passing yards and TD's. That offense is humming.. They are fast paced on O and have some players on D. This is by far no gimmie. They are pumped to come to TS and will have a lot to prove to the nation in their minds.. I'm excited to see how this team responds.. ?'s are..

What will offense look like ?? With less time on practice field will we see the physicality from the defense that's been there all year? Have the players truly bought in to O? Is any win huge being O's first gsme or should we expect a big win with an instant impact offensively ?? I think with all the distractions let's just get the win however pretty, ugly, low scoring or high and things get close to being back to normal next week. Geaux Tigers !!

They run plays insanely fast. They will wear this defense out so fast if LSU doesn't move the chains and run the football.

They are up tempo. Our defense was having trouble getting set and was getting tired against Auburn. Hopefully the offense can stay on the field and let them boys rest

Their "great" QB has feasted on inferior defenses. I'm just worried about our own intensity.

He's a true soph. Very young. But he's improved a lot and is gonna be a very good sec qb. Probably next year as far as truly great but he's dangerous now for sure

Drew Lock and that whole offense has improved greatly this year. Mizzu was literally one of the worst offensive teams last year. I mean bottom five in every category bad. Playing against Mizzu's offense last year was like playing against an FCS school.

The fact that they've looked this good vs any school is a testament to how they have changed. Lock started 8 games last year. In those 8 games he completed less than 50% for a little over 1100 yards at 5.0 yards per attempt with 3 TDs and 7 ints. As a whole Mizzu completed less than 50% had less than 2000 yards, 5.3 yards per attempt, and had 10 TDs to 12 ints.

Lock by himself has completed 59.3% of his passes for over 1500 yards with 14 TDs to 3 ints averaging 9.3 yards per attempt.. Against UGA he completed 60% for 376 yards averaging 10 yards per attempt with 3 TDs and 3 ints.

Their run game was horrific last year. Less than 1400 rush yards averaging an embarrassing 3.5 ypc with 5 friggin TDs. Just in the first four games they have 713 yards and 7 TDs averaging 4.43 ypc

Mizzu, TCU, Oklahoma, Texas, etc just proves that a coaching change whether it be the OC (unless your HC is stubborn) or HC, can produce an amazing offense in year one.

Think of an explosive offense with just the Aranda defense he has at this moment (unpolished and still learning, lacking depth). LSU would crush the competition.
