I'm really having trouble understanding the pearl-clutching by some over this issue.
It's not like Dale was some basketball god with a list of accomplishments like John Wooden or Coach K. Having Sue's name next to his won't tarnish his legacy or anything.

The whole court thing is dumb. Like there are not enough other things on LSU to name after people.

Dale was an good coach, but not great. Sue Guntner has 300 more wins than Dale and had to compete against the greatest women's basketball coach and program in history in Pat Summit and Tennessee - both on the court and in recruiting.
