Tight formation.
3 guys shift - two from one side, one from the other.
Single WR motions in closer and stops.
Wingback from opposite side motions across and then back.

Hand off up the middle. Every fricking time.

Amirite?

Except LSU rarely ran dives off the toss. It was power lead toss to B gap, sometimes cut back or bounced outside due to vision afforded by play design........and usually went for much more yardage and TDs than this shite we have today.
I get what you're saying though.

Sometimes the hand off is more towards the tackles. But it is always a solid 5 yards behind the line which, with this offensive line, guarantees that the defense is already back there. Its actually comical to watch now.

Everyone lost their mind when they first did this.

The defense just stands there, they don't adjust or move at all. We're only tricking ourselves.

setting up the screen to the tackle that Pitt ran.

And, without the lead blocker (fullback) that Miles used.

LSU ran lead/zone/power/G/ect all out of the toss look. People thought it was one play but it was really a good bit.
