Then why is it so hard for you to believe that Les actually had a good reason to sit Lee? How could you ever count on a player, a senior QB no less, that refused to re-enter a game when you told him to?

Lee came in on 2nd down, no gain
3rd threw the nice completion,
1st down, 15 yard penalty,
1st and 25, no gain.
Lee was yanked for JJ again with 2+min left.
It was a nice completion but 3 plays, 47secs is hardly sealing the win, since LSU ate 1:45 of clock and gained back 7yds of the penalty back after Lee went back out.
Bama got the ball back at the 14 with 18secs.
Miles knew what he was doing and it was a Team win.

I was at the seccg vs Uga.
After watching that abortion of a qb effort JJ demonstrated, I'd done same thing if I were JL.
It was embarrassing and most LSU fans in attendance that night were embarrassed for JLee.
