May he sounds like this because he is picking his words carefully. Most people just speak, and don't give all that much thought to exactly what they are saying, because someone or a message board full of critics isn't waiting to disect and turn it into something it is not.

This is a premiere program now. Only 59-0 with 4 BCS bowl wins including 4 BCS championships, and somehow recruiting NFL players back to college would appease the Rant. And still some would bitch if we didn't win every game by atleast 30...50 for the rent a wins.

As you stated, 47-12 to this point in time...that's the best winning percentage in modern LSU history and enough said.
A national title...which equals the highest performance by any coach in LSU history.
4 bowl wins in 4 tries...again, at least equals if not better than the best bowl winning percentage in LSU history.
Les is the only coach in LSU history to EVER beat Auburn, Florida and Alabama in same season and he's done it twice.
He's the only coach in LSU history to lead us to three-straight top-five final rankings.
Others can do as they please, but after his RESULTS as my coach...I will cover his back though a bumpy spell or two.

I'll be in DC with a couple of million friends watching Sarah take the oath of office.
And Les will be recruiting another top 5 class, after his third BCS title at LSU.
