Did we really? We had a QB that realistically had 1 good quarter. One good quarter is now how we measure a QB? Was it an improvement, yes, but on top of everything that is on the line for Les he now has a QB controversy.
It is very apropos that a QB controversy will end Miles career at LSU.

Wouldn't we wan him to be a little pissed? We looked like garbage in the 1st quarter and there is still work to be done in the passing game. Saban lost his mind on kiffin as Alabama salted away a big win. Not defending miles but I'd rather him be mad than act like everything is great.

We finally have some offensive mojo and Les is looking like he just lost his parents to a house fire. To me it just didn't make sense. It almost looked like he was unhappy that LSU was actually looking good on offense.
And, by the way, whether Etling is a superstar or not, the team TOTALLY responded to him entering the game!!!

Saban did that because he knows how great that team can be. He's already stressing about ole miss. Really it's a genius move. The rant on the sideline puts all the attention on him so the young players don't see footage of how great they were etc etc. hes truly a master of his craft.

Miles was bitching at Peveto after the return because LSU got penalty for sideline coming onto the field and LSu had to kick a longer extra point
