Svp's epic rant on the Baton Rouge Saturday night environment is.....its......epic is overused, and it doesn't do it justice anyway.
You know who SVP is to me?
Think of it like this. There's this older dude somewhere that you really look up to, right. I mean you got a serious man crush on this dude, because he's rich, famous, and slays poon like no other. Maybe an older cousin, or older dude in your fraternity or on your team. You don't see him that much anymore and he doesn't really keep up with you, but you keep up w/him. And he's coming to visit, and he's going to meet this chick that you are absolutely infatuated with. I mean you think this chick is a conservative OT 12, and you're hoping your super cool older cousin thinks the same thing, 'cause nothing would make you prouder than for your older / cool cousin tto agree with you, and for him to say wow, this chick is all that after all. My lil cousin knows some prime lady flesh when he sees it.
He comes to town, hangs out with you/your friends/this chick, and he seems to have a really good time. Doesn't say a whole lot. But, when he goes back home, you hear from every common friend and relative y'all have that your older cousin just cannot stop talking about how cool, hot, classy, and nice your chick is. He goes on and on about her apparently, to the point of you really believing that if he had it to do all over again, he'd lock your lady up long term. He's that impressed with her.
That's SVP, and that rant, to me.

If you've never heard his rant, listen to it. It's linked a couple of post down from "what the frick you just read."
What you read was my take on how that rant made me feel. Since it's hard to describe that feeling, I tried to describe it by using a fictitious story that, although completely made up, may contain enough elements of a real life story that most every guy experienced. My thinking there was that all of us had someone in our lives that we tried to emulate, because they were just that cool. And if that person ever told us "job well done", we were proud.
Did you not understand that, were you offended, or did you just not buy into the comparison at all? I've made some horrible post, but really didn't think that one was bad enough to earn 5 demerits and a what the frick though.
