Les Miles Inclusiveness

I honestly believe that this team is special because of the inclusiveness that Miles shows to this team. Think about it;

when coming out of the tunnel he allows the younger players to be in front

he is very caring and not in the players face when a mistake is made (therefore the player doesn't clam up)

He never throws players under the bus, instead he gives praise when needed (instilling confidence)

I know that if I had a boss like Miles I would definitely be a better employee. This is one of the main reasons that we are the best team in the nation!
