Les Miles Doesn't Respect His Quarterbacks

This guys is retarded. He believes Les doesn't respect his quarterbacks and one reson he quotes is that he calls them by number vs by name. Is he serious?
I believe Les respects his quarterbacks so much that he protects them from the media by not disclosing information like missing class or other various 'deceptions'.
Is this guy trying to be the next Guillbeau?

Genius move by Miles. He's trying to help out dumb sportscasters who can't pronounce common names. Numbers, they can handle.
