Les is not only a good coach, he is a kind and loving mentor to the referees

Anyone see where they called illegal man downfield on LSU, and very tactfully, Les explained that the ball was thrown 'behind' the line of scrimmage, over-turning the call?
I thought that was very loving, kind, and courteous of Les to point that out, and help these young refs along.
You can tell he has raised 5 children (4)?

Les got that call reversed in a kindler, gentler way

When I heard the call I was thinking how in the hell could it be ineligible down field when it was behind the line.

You sound like a ghey basher, but I agree with both of you.

And you sound like you don't have any kids. man raising kids takes a community, lots of hard work, effort, and commitment. You can't just turn it on/off when you want. Sometimes they are going to hurt you, and make u smile.
Wait. Wtf are we talking about?

He secured victory in the happenstance of that poor call.
