Winning just needs to become more important.
I believe playing his style of football with his favorite players is more important than winning.
Maybe he really is a good guy and is not to stubborn to make the needed changes.

to say that a coach at college level doesn't put enough emphasis on winning is absurd. He wants to win just as much as saban, meyer, etc. he just doesn't know how to do it.

I disagree.
He wants to win, no doubt, but not willing to do what needs to win at times.
Such as refusing to change on offense.
