The people who have been around the profoundly talented LSU running back the most – his teammates – know best that his talent extends well beyond the field and pervades the Tigers' locker room.

When it comes to being a teammate, Fournette has already captured the "Heisman" for his off-field attributes.

"Great teammate," offensive guard Will Clapp said without hesitation. "He's always giving the offensive line credit for what he's doing. We like to smile about it. A great guy, always asks us how we're doing, talking to us in the hallways. He's always been a class act."

Fournette is the bizarro Cam Newton.

That would cause some frustration with other players in the locker room if LF was an arrogant, cocky guy that knew he was better and looked down on everybody else.

And god damn, i'm glad he's not.

Incredible that he is more amazing off the field than he is on it.

very rare combo. I'm happy for him and for every opportunity he gets. could've have asked for a better kid.

show's he was raised right and taught all the correct things. no doubt his experiences in life before LSU helped shape him.

Leonard is definitely one of my favorite modern day Tigers.

His humble demeanor and obvious positive attitude toward his team mates make them all play better. He complements his offensive line almost every chance he gets and I will bet they pride themselves on their contribution to his performance this season.
