Most LSU fans knew LF was hurting the team and himself by playing hurt when Guice was 100%. LSU fans just wanted what was best for Leonard. He carried the ball a ton his sophomore year. I was glad to see him not carry as much his junior year so he didn't take so many hits.

I love Fournette and Bama's hatred of him makes me love him more.

You must have stayed away from here, and really all social media. It was disgusting the way some people were making it seem like LF was a quitter and he isn't even close to being as good as Guice.

The intellectuals were disowning him for sitting out the citrus bowl while injured. They claimed he wasn't a team player. It was very sad.

troll. The MEDIA said he should have sat out after his Soph season, then turned on him in December when they thought he was healthy. Orgeron could have nixed all that in November by stating he was shutting him down based on the injuries.
Why didn't he? LF7was intending on giving it a try IMO.

Disgusting? Lol.

Plenty of folks were pissed about his demeanor on the sideline at the end of the UF game (me included), pictures with fans on the sideline during the Arky game (me included), and no-show at the TAM and Bowl game (me included).

But I get pissed at my kids too and still love them. Get it?

He's a kid playing football. If his actions Piss you off, you have bigger problems.
Everything about that Florida game was atrocious.
In his 3 years here, he gave 100% to his team almost to a fault. So screw him for taking 10 seconds to take a picture with a fan in a game we had under control. He probably could've and should've waited till after the game, but I don't see how someone could be mad at him for that.
He was injured for the A&M game and the bowl game.

Getting pissed at someone that has given more to lsu football than you or anyone you know is dumb.
LF couldve went anywhere in the country. He stayed home.

Led the sec in all purpose yards as a true freshman. Followed that season up by having the 2nd best rushing season in sec history(162.7 ypg, only bested by Herschel Walker in 1982),while breaking every lsu rushing record for a single season. He achieved all those great numbers without a good passing attack.

Man, I was really hoping he'd own every rushing record at LSU before he left.

Was fun to watch

Incredible talent and a sure fire LSU great. Remember to not define the LSU fan base by a few meaningless keyboard warriors who have never competed in anything their entire lives save for X Box! 99% of LSU fans will always love LF7 for his time here. Frick the 1%

What people tend to forget is the number of games where LF sat out almost entire 2nd halfs - could have easily broken every record in the books if allowed to carry the ball like other RB's we know who ended up with Heisman trophies. One of the greatest representatives for LSU at a time when Tiger fans were bleeding profusely from the 1/9/12 loss and defection of many LA top players to rival schools.

Jesus this board brings out the retarded. I can have standards of behavior for people who represent my family or my school, that, when those standards are not met, I get "pissed off". Sometimes getting "pissed off" means shaking my head in disbelief, as opposed to looking the other way. And because I'm not an emotional infant, I can take behavior in context and not allow it to color the sum of how I feel about someone.

So for the dumb dumbs who say that I shouldn't get made at LF because he's done so much for LSU - I simply disagree. I can get pissed at certain behaviors AND acknowledge and respect what he has meant to LSU. Imagine that!

Grow the fck up.
