A much better passing game. Look a bad Jarrett Lee is still better than what we have now. Lee can throw the football. We need a gun slinger right now. This time around he has a decent line, a running game, and a great defense. I am telling you its his time RIGHT NOW.

Unfortunately jlee is the same qb as in 2008 and 2009 and therefore will not play.

if he's the same qb as he was in 2008.. with this defense, this o line, and these runningbacks... we will score actual offensive points.

The only reason you think he is better is because he is on the bench and you think it couldn't get worse. Let him play and two pick sixes later you'll see it can.

The reason I think he's better is because if you compare the 2008 team with the 2010 team they are two entirely different teams. Jarrett Lee was up and down in 2008, but one thing was certain: we moved the ball, we scored touchdowns. He also made a lot of careless freshman mistakes (what freshman hasn't?), but overall the DEFENSE in 2010 is preventing every single game we play from turning into a goddamn track meet.

I have no idea if Lee is the same qb he was in 2008. If he is, then we would be doing a lot better offensively than we are right now. In 2010 Jefferson is worse than the qb he was in 2009, and the brief 2008.

thats my point. Even a pick six here and there, we still score more points and with this defense and special teams play. We Win

the only thing that you can say about JL is that he can't do any worse, that's a fact, so with that why in hell haven't we seen him more. If our starting QB can only go 11 for 23 with 86 yards against a WVU defense than we are in a world of hurt when we play Bama and Florida, and any SEC opponents that we have left.

Also its not like Jefferson is not throwing picks this year. I guess what makes him better than Lee is that in 2010 our offensive players can actually tackle? Therefore Jefferson is infinitely better than Lee, right?

And he won't be asked to put the ball up in the air as much

JJ is throwing picks and stinking up the joint when very little is asked of him as it is.

He has to sit

Careful.
I said that about Jefferson after the Vandy game and he proved me wrong.

Lee is getting shitte on by the coaching staff and everyone knows it.

I feel for the kid and I hope he gets a great shot at redemtion.

JJ would make a great wideout, but not QB.

What in the frick is the point of the Spring Game? Lee is obviously better. Ford is obviously better. Neither get to play but shined in the game.

Again: WHAT THE FRICK IS THE POINT OF THE SPRING GAME IF THE PLAYERS THAT SHINE DONT PLAY?

Sometimes I honestly think that Les does things just to spite the fanbase. Seriously.

It doesn't matter what we think he will do. It doesn't matter if he stinks up the joint..

We ARE abhorrent on offense. We need to change things up.

Please tell me what is wrong with putting Lee in for a half - or God forbid, give him the start against Tennessee. What's wrong with trying something new?

Would you take Chase Daniel or Jimmy Clausen over Lee/JJ? Just wondering because they both threw more interceptions in 2008 than Lee.

No, no I'm absolutely fricking sure it couldn't get any worse. They only rank 120 teams and we are at the bottom. RS would run this offense better not being allowed to pass at all. The only reason Mr. Jefferson doesn't have a pick six right now is because Tiger Stadium's turf reached out and touched someone.

Great, but at least give it a shot. If he screws up, put JJ back in, or Shepard, or Bailey. Hell, I don't care, but I cannot understand not trying to change things up to give the offense a spark. Maybe by sitting JJ for a few series or a game, the light comes on and he benefits as well.
