Lee's 1 pass looked more crisp than anything JJ could throw...I can't believe I am saying this, but it is time to give Lee a second look...JJ didnt exacly miss a lot of passes, but missed location that would have let the WR get many more yards..in the SEC, we need a passing threat or it will be a repeat of last year...Miles and Crowton better recognize!

Looked great. Hit him in stride and his timing was on point. With Jefferson you have no idea.

Agreed,JJ was looking like he just can't make the easy throws. His threat at running should be sacrificed for a shot at utilizing our wrs better.

I would in general agree...

...but the only LSU QB performance worse then JJ's tonight that I have seen recently was Lee against La Tech last year.

Hopefully he has improved it worries me.

I am glad that he completed it. But yeah, it was one pass after the game was put away. He did that in a couple of games last year too.

But the bottom line is that if our starter looks like that again next week, you put him in for a series and see what happens. You have to light that competitive fire. I'm not any more confident in JL, but you have to do what you have to do. Shake things up. It doesn't mean JJ comes our forever.

You don't have much of an idea with Lee either.

Yeah but it was just one pass. Hopefully it will provide motivation for change in either JJ or who's on the bench. Whatever works. JJ looked NOT frickING GOOD tonight.

I'm a Lee fan and I don't think 1 pass is enough of a sample.

I'm reluctant because after all, it was Lee's terrible play that caused Jefferson to come into the lineup in the first place. However, I think it may at least be time to give him another chance.

Replace that with bad luck. His pick sixes were a statistical anomaly.

Yeah screw it why not. Give Lee a third chance. If JJ was ever gonna be good, we'd know by now. He's got enough experience. He'll be our very own Reggie Ball.
