Brad Biggs, Chicago Tribune Bears correspondent, tweeted the following within the last hour:
It would be incredible if Toliver joins Ford and Steltz on the Bears' roster. Still a long shot, though.

Really hope he makes it. Dude has been busting his arse for less than he probably made at LSU in the UFL in front of crowds of 2500.
