Stressed out from every football game. Sure we had our moments in the first half but took control in the second half, outside of the Bama game of course.

Anyone else agree?

We beat so many sec teams like a drum. Florida, auburn, ole miss, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky and then teams like Oregon and west Virginia. Shame all everyone remembers is 1/9/12, although I understand. Years from now more will look at the whole season and not just the bcs nc game.

Go back and see how great the season really was. Best of all-time.

Up till the 11/5 game it seemed LSU had it in hand by the mid 3rd quarter. MSU played us tough and WVU made a bit of a run but I never sensed the club might lose, and in the end they won handily. In 40 years I don't ever recall that type success through the first two months. Maybe the same again in 2012 but with a complete finish this time, we'll see.

Thursday games are strange although we beat moo state 45-0 in 2007. No team had a tougher start then lsu with oregon, moo state on a Thursday and west Virginia all on the road with Oregon being in Dallas.

Yeah, MSU turned out to be the toughest opponent outside of UA, which was kind of odd.

This was the only team I've ever followed when I looked forward to the defense taking the field, and I was more comfortable.

Wow, thanks for that link. I watched them all. My only hope is that we play as hungry we as we did last season. Man they got after it every single game.

Only one I remember watching that wasn't in hand going in to the 4th quarter was the Miss St game. I think it was maybe a 7-10 point game going into the 4th.

Not that I felt they were going to lose, it was just a pretty close one.

I'm over it but the NC game was the worst game plan put together for an Lsu game in years. Where was Miles's head???

2011 was LSU's greatest SEC championship of all-time. We curb stomped everyone except Bama and still beat Bama at Bama.ive been watching LSU football for 25 years( started really caring at 10-11yrs old) and 2011 was the most fun year of all. Even though we lost on jan9th, I think last years team
Would beat every LSU team except 03.
