He may start this year, He has 2 true soph, a RS Sr and true Jr in front of him. In a pos where 2-3 of them are on the field at the same time. Certaintly not burried. The other highly ranked player at safety started at Wr and moved to safety and is gonna red shirt.
He will start next year without a doubt, as Vinnie is gonna be a situational player and Perry just has more exp than he does coming in this year.
I can see him getting a shot a Punt returning as well once he has gotten control of his pos and can break away from to practice it.
He is gonna be a good one.
