Lack of Kicking Game

I remember when CEO first took over for LM, he brought in some "consultants" to help iron out the kinks. I am not a rules guru, but can he do that at any point? Can he not go out and find a kicking consultant and bring him in for a few weeks to work with our guys?

No BS, let Drake Davis try fgs. He was a nationally ranked junior soccer player. I bet he would probably be good at it.
